I noticed this plant wilting this morning and the soil felt very dry so I then gave it a big helping of water. Will it perk up or is it another issue? Gets 8-10 hours of sunlight and I try to give it big helpings of water every couple days. I did fertilize it on May 6th.

Two things strike me:
1. Your plant looks just fine. It’s hard to wait for its mature self to emerge but, it is part of the happiness at the end.
2. What concerns me most is the size of your planter, tbh. It appears too small to be this plant’s forever home. Sweet 100’s will regularly grow to 7-10′ and require far more resources than a 12-15″ pot can provide. I’d recommend repotting this very soon. Container tomatoes should be grown in a larger planter, grow bag, etc…
