I had this curling thing on my pepper. It. got better when I toned down on the water a bit. Mine can’t be too much light. It is a south faced window sil plant. In summer the sun is too high and there is barely any direct sunlight.

Check for fungus gnats and any other pest. On soil and under leaves. Sometimes they manifest differently
In my experience it’s not heat or water related. Both would result in a curl downwards. Could be too much fertilizer like someone else suggested; i typically under fertilize 😭

Could be: – Pests – Chilli leaf curl virus (if this is the case, separate the plant from any others). – Too much heat – Over/under watering – Wind stress – Calcium or magnesium deficiency
If it’s not pests, which is always the first thing to check for, it’s a transpiration issue and usually more calcium fixes that regardless of if it’s a wind issue or light issue or whatever else

Could literally be anything. Peppers are so dramatic.

idk, thought it might be due too much light
Some people call edema on this behaviour some say too strong light. I myself struggle with this and would like an answer too :/
I posted a similar issue and apparently it is simultaneously everything and nothing https://www.reddit.com/r/PepperLovers/s/oSB3XSWr17

It can be caused by a number of factors, including overwatering/edema, nutrient deficiencies, or too much light. You can read more [here](https://peppergeek.com/pepper-plant-leaves-curling/)
