
Ingredients:
130g Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full fat or low fat)
120g self-raising flour (or gluten-free self-raising flour for GF version)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
1.Mix the dough: In a bowl, combine yogurt and flour. Stir until a dough forms, then knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
2.Divide & roll: Split into 2–3 balls. Roll each into flat rounds (about ½ cm thick).
3.Cook: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and puffed.
4.Serve warm with dips, eggs, or wrap fillings.

Sounds easy!
For those who don’t have self-rising flour, you can make it: for every cup of all-purpose flour, you’ll need 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
