I’ve had Mac and cheese pizza before, and this isn’t much different.

I’ve made mac and cheese pizza twice before (with a cheese sauce that’s got equal parts Gruyère, mozzarella and cheddar for that cheese pull you expect from pizza) and it might be one of the best things I’ve ever done.
I was in line at Pizza Press and the guy in front of me was so pushy and rude. Among other things, he demanded they put penne and vodka sauce on the pizza. It looked so good, I didn’t even think of that as a possibility until then. I wanted it so bad, but didn’t have the audacity to do what that guy did. The worker kept saying it was against the rules, so I didn’t want to start a fight to copy the pasta pizza.
