Neighbor was throwing out his old Traeger Bronson 20 so I swooped it up. After two days of troubleshooting, finally got it working.
Celebrated with an on sale tri tip. Smoked with hickory at 180 until 120 internal, rest and seared in a cast iron. How’s it look for a first time?
