Recently went to The Ledbury during a trip to the UK and very much enjoyed it! It was our first Michelin experience, so I do not have much to compare it to, but we had an excellent time.
The food was delicious and the menu covered a great range of flavors, I was never bored over the 3.5 hours we were there. The personal highlights for me were the prawns (not pictured), the mushrooms from the cabinet, and the savory pastry roll (side, not one of the courses). We did not do the wine pairing but the selection was extensive and I enjoyed a wonderful Malbec.
The true highlight of the night was the staff & service. Every single member of staff we interacted with was warm, pleasant, and engaging. We immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. It is very evident the entire team there cares about curating an inviting and pleasant experience for diners. I would highly recommend!
