Keto-Avocado-Brownies

20g canola oil

60 g avocado

2 eggs

45g baking cocoa

5g baking powder

60g whey protein powder

20g erythritol

30 ml water

1 pinch of salt

Keto-Cheesecake

10g whey protein powder

1 egg

150g cream cheese

250g low fat quark

10g erythritol

  1. Mix brownie ingredients until smooth
  2. Mix cheesecake ingredients until smooth
  3. Fill brownie batter into small cake pan
  4. Fill cheesecake batter on top of brownie batter. Make sure not to mix them.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes

Makes 8 pieces.

Per piece: 185 kcal, 3.6g net carbs, 15.2g protein
