Crock Pot and rice cooker to the rescue. Got my meal prep for the week knocked out while I mowed the lawn.

As seen, beef stir-fry, broccoli florets and a pack of Mongolian Beef sauce. Beef and sauce went in on high for about 2.5 hours, broccoli was added and the crock pot turned down to warm.

Not seen, waffles, hash browns and sausage for breakfast.
