The wine has a deep red color. It smells like blackberries, plums, and black pepper, with a little bit of spice and balsamic vinegar.

On the palate, the wine is smooth and full-bodied. It has soft tannins and a nice balance between fruit and acidity. You can taste dark chocolate and a hint of licorice in the long finish.

It’s a rich and elegant wine, great to drink with grilled meats or spicy food.

Would probably need some air before drinking.

Didnt know morocco made wine. Good post. Thanks OP

  3. I thought the “tandem” was the rosé, and the “Syrocco” the red..? Anyway, great wine. Haven’t had a bottle in a couple of years— I will fix that.

Graillot is a pretty big producer, he must’ve run out of space if he’s buying in Morroco.

You ever try Lebanese wines like CS? Some of them are actually pretty good, but tough also.
