Shopping List:
Ribeye Steak: 1 steak, sliced into thin strips
Shrimp: 1 cup, peeled and deveined
Asparagus: 1 bunch, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 Roma tomato: diced
1 Yellow squash: diced
1 can Cream of mushroom
Seasonings of your choice
Garlic Butter
½ cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz of protein pasta
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak and Shrimp:
Season the ribeye steak with seasonings of your choice.
In a large pan, melt garlic butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. In the same pan, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. Slice steak into bite size chunks.
Cook the Vegetables:
In the same pan add the yellow squash, asparagus and roma tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cream of mushroom soup and heavy whipping cream to the pan. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked protein pasta to the pan, followed by the steak and shrimp. Toss everything together until well coated with the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
