I’ve lived in the city for years, but have yet to find noodles like these from Pink Bellies in Charleston SC. To be fair, I also haven’t looked terribly hard, but I’ve been craving them a lot lately! The flavor profile is somewhere between Asian and Italian but 100% a comfort food.
