This is a knockoff of one of my favorite restaurant pastas. It is so incredibly good. It starts with this roasted red pepper puree. Just roasted red peppers, water, and a broth base. And caramelize some thinly sliced shallots until they’re really golden and yummy. Add that puree and the cream. This looks amazing. This is the panoni shape from Target. I like to add parmesan and basil on top to make it look beautiful. Maybe serve it with some shrimp. It’s so good.
