  1. 🌹Mahalabiya – Creamy Milk Pudding ! This is inspired from my trip to Saudi Arabia. This is a dessert you didn’t know you needed! Made with just a few ingredients but bursting with elegance in every bite. This one’s a keeper.

    Mahalabiya

    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup fresh cream
    2 tbsp Corn Flour
    2 tbsp Sugar
    1 tbsp rose water

    Rose petals & pistachio for garnish

    – Simply cook milk , cream , corn flour & sugar together until it thickens
    – Add rose water once the mixture has thickened

    – Once the mixture thickens, pour it immediately into the mould or a dessert bowl
    – Cool this & then refrigerate this before serving, it takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to set well

  2. Iske liye aapko Saudi Arabia jaane ki jarurat nahin thi hamare bahut sare gharon mein fasting mein yah banta hai but corn flour ki jagah ararot flour dalta hai 😅

  3. Just cook your weikfield custard power on low flame until it's thick , and freeze it in your mould .Voila, your pudding is ready .
    I personally add coffee or cocoa powder in my pudding , otherwise, you don't need to add sugar or other flavour because it's already added in the custard powder.😊😊
