Lotus root steamed and fried with potato

    Just steamed some discount lotus Root bulbs, I just cut off the ends a little and the discolored parts, put them with smallest holes at the bottom in pressure cooker with large potato cut in half steamed in instapot for 12 mins left in another 15 keep warm then ate like 30 mins after

    peeled with a knife cut into circles fried in oil, only salted the potato to eat with ketchup.
