I’ve been trying to nail down swans for a while now and while I get the general idea, I can’t seem to get the neck quite right. First pic is definitely my best so far but the neck is barely even there, second pic I don’t think I have to say 😂
The main things I’m thinking is that my milk is too hot or that I don’t have enough in the pitcher when I’m steaming. The paper cup limitation also doesn’t help but I can’t do anything about that and I’ve managed to make cool things in the smaller space before. The wing is pretty easy for me now, it’s just maintaining the foam for the neck and head that I’m struggling with. I feel like I’ve almost got it. Any advice is much appreciated!
