    I just know tongue boiled as cold cut for imstance on bread with mustard or horseraddish… 👍🏻 Need to try yours!

    I have made it myself. It’s good fresh, but gets a bit weird when reheated to me. I have one more in my freezer, working out what to do with it.

    I have had Cow Tongue sandwiches in a kosher deli. And have had tongue tacos many times. Most Mexican places have them around South Carolina, I assume else where in US

    Its really good in tacos but shines after beinging in the slow cooker and has had the skin removed before searing
