– 3-4 sundried tomatoes, chopped
– 1/4 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
– 1/4 cup arugula, chopped
– 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
– 1 tbsp olive oil (for toasting, optional)

Instructions:
– Prepare the bread – Lightly toast the Zero Maida Focaccia Sourdough in a pan with olive oil for that extra crunch. Then, slice the bread partially to create a pocket.
