Made some ribs for the family yesterday. One lightly glazed and one unglazed. Unwrapped for about 5 hours at 275. Great smoke flavor and rings. The Big Green Egg was my best decision for outdoor cooking made over 6 months ago. Should have done it sooner if I knew how fun and delicious food are made in it. Also sold off my pellet smoker this weekend since I haven’t used it after I bought the BGE.
