Yes!!! I tried logging in on the app and the website, says I’m blocked. I tried clearing my cache and restarting my phone, nothing. I called customer service and they said there’s a nation wide outtage/technical issues… she assured me in a few hours it should be fixed…. But I don’t believe her…
I’m getting the same errors in the app right now. Tried to go online via a browser and I can’t seem to click and type anything in on the login page. Edit to add: I was able to log in on my desktop, just not mobile.

I’m not able to get in via the app, but I can via a computer. I didn’t get any emails or anything about my delivery today like I usually do but I was able to check tracking online, which redirected me to FedEx tracking. My box SAYS it’s on its way, to be delivered today as scheduled. Fingers crossed.

So this is an app issue it seems, but the box and menus should be delivered without any problems.

I’ve been having issues with login all morning I think there’s something wrong on their end
Mines down also, and I got my meals a day late, with the ice packs completely melted
Same here, meant to have a delivery due today but who knows 🤷🏻♂️
Mine worked earlier, maybe 3.5-4 hours ago on the app, but I’m getting the same “whoops, we encountered a problem” screen now as well.

Same here. I also never received my delivery notification for today so I’m not sure if I’ll receive my food today or not. ☹️
Interesting ! My delivery email and tracking is still working for today’s delivery, so that’s a plus.
