Moms love good food too! They also like not having to cook!

I smoked ribs. I made them “her way” which is fall of the bone, and covered in sauce. I got to smoke meat. She loved them. Everybody is a winner.

Hell nah. As a mom, I take issue with this. Moms love good food, too. Im the master smoker/grill master in the house, and if I weren’t sick all weekend, that’s what I would have done. Instead, it was just another day. Not even a happy mothers day from the husband. Lol

Hell yeah. “Eat on that brisket for a day or two. I’m going to the casino.”

My wife requested grilled tri tip. Some ladies like barbecue/smoked meats.

Nah, once I started getting into grilling my mom always asked me to grill for small family get togethers. I grew up hating steaks and pork chops because my parents grilled them until they were dry as sand.

Once I started making my own food and learned more about different done temps I made a lot better food. Grilled for them one time and I’m the only one touching the grill now.

The same thing happened when we bought our smoker.

Brisket is one of my wife’s favorite foods. Of course I had to make her one.

I’d love it if my husband smoked meats for mothers day! Unfortunately I am the one who does all the smoking in this household. He did grill a nice steak though.

My mother, wife, and mother in law, as well as my sister in law all enjoyed the Pork Shoulder I smoked. Mom and sis in law also took some home.

My mom called my husband and asked him to make her ribs

After my first smoke my wife won’t stop buying more shit for me to smoke. She bought two racks of ribs the day after I smoked two racks of ribs and was displeased when I told her I wouldn’t be able to cook them for a couple of weeks.

I smoked ribs for my wife on Sunday. She loves them and I like them a lot too. It was for Mother’s Day, but technically we don’t have (human) children. Still, she’s very good with our dog so we figured that was all the excuse we needed for bbq!

Yeah that’s like buying a new gun “for my wife”.

Smoked brisket on Saturday, then made ground beef out of the trim and “stew meat” for burgers in Sunday

My wife loves filet mignon – not your traditional smoked meat, but I can make a mean steak on my smoker. I did this, along with smoked baked potatoes and fancy bread from a bakery. Rave reviews from her and the children, it’s my go to for special occasions for her.

Now the day before Mother’s Day? I made ribs for me and I guess my family too, but we all knew who those ribs were for 😂.

My mother likes meat on the grill.
Not necessarily 10-20 hr. Smoked barbecue, more the steaks and burgers variety

My wife requested pork ribs – she even bought them from the farmers market two weeks ahead of time. Happily ate them alongside her!
