    Recipe:

    Half a white onion

    One hothouse tomato

    One 16 oz can of smoked crushed Dinapoli tomatoes

    9 unseeded serrano peppers

    1 stray jalapeno that tastes like a bell pepper

    4 habanero peppers

    applewood pellets in a pellet tube on a gas grill at 300F for 20 minutes

    3 more uncooked habaneros

    3 TBSP Homemade Salsa Mix

    Salsa mix:

    1/2 c. of crushed, dried red pepper flakes

    1 T. dried parsley flakes

    3 T. dried cilantro flakes

    1/2 c. of dried onion flakes

    2 T. dried, minced garlic

    2 T. of canning or kosher salt

    1 T. of black pepper

    Looks phenomenal. One thing I sometimes do is chopping everything and then tossing it in the smoker for a little bit before blending.
