




This was so delicious and satisfying!
If I wasn’t on a calorie deficit I would’ve changed a few things:
– wheat or rice noodles instead of konjac (+ 200 Kcals)
– the whole packet of korean barbecue sauce instead of half (+ 60 kcals)
– double the amount of yoghurt (+35 kcals)
I’m still in search of my favourite seitan recipes. This one isn’t bad, but it’s a bit too high in calories, and I want my seitan to be a bit more “fluffy” (I can’t explain better than that). So if you have a recipe you love, please let me know in the comments.
