Had a enough prawns left to make a satisfying ramen stir-fry using mostly onions, jalapeno for the heat, and ramen seasoning with soysauce.

This could be lunch, dinner or late night snack. Use protein of choice. I just finished an 2lb frozen shrimp on sale for $6.99 lb. It was 6 shrimp soaked in a tbl of soysauce. Fry shrimp first in pan with avocado oil and remove from pan. Slice or dice vegetables at hand. I used 1/4 onion, 2 large scallions, 1/2 jalapeno, 1/4 yellow bell pepper. Saute veggies in same pan with oil, add 2 minced garlic near the end. Add drained ramen to pan, sprinkle 1/2 seasoning packet, splash of both soysauce and hoisen sauce. Stir in shrimp. Season with s&p and finish off sesame oil.

Looks absolutely delicious. I’m saying that as someone who hasn’t eaten in two days, but that looks about as good as it gets.
