  1. Here’s how we like to put it together:

    Chop 4 medium tomatoes, 4-5 baby cucumbers, 1 onion, 1-2 chili peppers, and half a bunch of parsley.

    Toss these fresh ingredients into a bowl. Season with salt, pul biber (red pepper flakes), and sumac.

    Then, squeeze a lemon over the top, add 1 tablespoon sour pomegranate molasses (nar ekşisi), drizzle generously with olive oil and finally add apple vinegar.

    Stir everything well and serve immediately.
