How to make an easy clam pasta

Ingredients
Linguine
Clams (canned will work)
shallot
olive oil
garlic
white wine
tomato paste
parsley
lemon zest
salt & pepper

Instructions:
Preheat pan over medium low heat
add olive oil
add diced shallot
when shallot is translucent, add minced garlic
cook until fragrant
add white wine to prevent the garlic from burning
add clam juice
add tomato paste
stir and reduce by half

Meanwhile, cook your pasta to al dente in salted water
Add your pasta to your reduced sauce (save some pasta water in case you need or want to thin your sauce)
Add Fresh parsley and toss
Put pasta in bowl
Top with salt and lemon zest
Serve

Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your preference

So, let’s make clam pasta. Olive oil in, shallot, garlic. Cook it till fragrant. White wine in. Put some of that clam juice in. There you go. Tomato paste. Mix it up. You’re going to reduce that by about half. Now add your clam in. There you go. Stir it up. That’s going to be that al dente pasta that’s cooked with nice salty water, parsley, some pepper, and lemon zest on top. and serve that clam
