I buy nuts and seeds in bulk and store them in my work freezer so they last forever. I alternate between kefir, greek yogurt, and cottage cheese depending on the week and change up the fruits 🙂 delicious and keeps me full. I like to add chia pudding sometimes too. About 400 calories and 20g protein.
