Made some vegetarian sushi! Veggie roll with carrot, pickled radish, cucumber and avocado and an ume shiso maki roll. Also tried my hand at sunomono salad with pickled shiitake mushrooms, wakame and cucumber!

    Looks really tasty. My Japanese mom never made fish sushi at home, only egg and veggies. It can be just as good!

    On Netflix watch 1-2 episodes of Culinary Class War. There is a vegan sushi chef.
