FARM
Tucked in the historic La Plaza shopping district, you’ll find a slice of Provençal paradise. Grab a seat on the garden-like patio for a sensory trip to the South of France. With a focus on fresh ingredients and scratch-made sauces, jams, and dressings, Farm welcomes guests for all-day dining. The breakfast and lunch menus offer French-inspired staples like eggs Benedict and crêpes. For dinner, the space transforms into a romantic setting for a refined prix-fixe menu of elevated cuisine with flawless wine pairings.
TOWNIE BAGELS
Ask any New Yorker what makes a bagel a bagel, and they’ll say that you have to boil it. Otherwise it’s just glorified bread. Townie Bagels, in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs, is the only bagel shop in the area that uses this method. The result is so tasty, Townie often sells out and closes early, so it’s worth it to call ahead and confirm availability before you drive over and join the queue. They serve homemade schmears and sandwich options topped with favorites like eggs and bacon or lox, onions, and capers, plus a selection of fresh-baked breads and espresso drinks.
