Hi! I followed The Pancake Princess’ Carrot Cake with Candied Pecans recipe to make this. I didn’t make the butterscotch, but I don’t think it was needed. It was perfect with just the candied pecans!
This was my first time piping frosting, so don’t judge the decoration too much lol I forgot to take a picture of the inside and only remembered when it was down to the last two slices 🫣
But overall, I would highly recommend this recipe. It was very moist and not super sweet. It’s super easy to follow and everyone enjoyed it!
