These are addictive and divine with soft cheese.
Recipe:
500 g of black olives
500 g of green olives
1 1/5 cups of black olive liquid
6 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of orange jam
Juice of 1/2 lemon
10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons of Mediterranean herb mix
1. Mix jam, garlic, herbs, lemon juice and oil.
2. Pour everything on the olives and mix.
3. Pour black olive liquid on the olives and mix again.
4. Leave in the fridge in air tight containers for two days, but remember to shake the dish or turn it over from time to time while keeping there.
5. Take out of the fridge an hour before serving.
