Can you tell if this is actually peeled?

I was at Costco and they had all the beef tenderloins in one spot. 90% of them were labeled extreme peeled, but they all looked the same and were similar weights. I bought this one hoping it was actually peeled and was mis labeled.

Can you tell looking at the package? It's about a $15/lb difference from $21/lb to $35/lb.
