It's maybe a little gummy/chewy. Cut it a bit over an hour after it came out of the over because my 2 year old demanded it. Feel like it might be under proofed but I have no idea what I'm doing 🤣 all in all I'm pretty happy even if it's not perfect!

  3. Looks great! A little longer with the lid off could give it a beautiful caramelised exterior!

    Beautiful! Could have used another maybe 15 mins at 450 F. It always looks much darker in the oven!
