some things i’ve made lately:

  • gâteau au yaourt – made this for mother’s day, it was so delicious for such a simple cake.

  • watermelon sorbet (with a little tajin sprinkled on it) – it’s been so hot lately the sorbet is the best way to cool off. going to experiment with new flavors soon.

  • egg (made from tofu) fried rice – one of my favorite breakfasts and a good way to use up leftovers, usually i add more veggies but kept it simple this time and just added green onions

  • chimichurri bean salad – this has been one of my go to’s lately. comes in handy when you don’t wanna use a stove and it tastes so good!

  • lentil sloppy joes with jalapeño coleslaw – it’s been awhile since i made this but i had a craving, they’re so good, plus it’s so easy & really affordable to make, too
