Our complex did too. I always moved it to away from the building and railing. Always made it happen

During COVID I got a Weber kettle and into smoking at a condo association. We moved the spring after and the HOA put out a rule no charcoal grills within 30 ft haha

I’m going to need you to proof picture it with a tape measure

It’s because if you grill on your patio you will get carbon monoxide in your apartment and in others apartments, and also have a good chance of setting the building on fire.

I had a little table top grill I used when I did apartment living. It was a pain in the ass but I had another neighbor a few units down that would do the same. So we’d grill and have a few beers, shooting the shit till the food was done.

Been there, done that. Had a terrible landlady and cooked in my parking spot which was a convenient 15′

It’s only impressive if you have a tape measure on your belt, or a fancy distance finder.
