Personally this is the preferred rareness unless the cut is very fatty. Would you enjoy this? Or would you consider this blue?

    Pass. It’s basically raw in some areas in the middle…. In a restaurant, I’d send that back.

    Pass. People really amaze me at how much they want to be animals lol

    Center is too rare for my liking. Would prefer medium/medium rare if I’m being honest.

    Colors are nice though 😊
