    Looks like beef chuck steak. Those usually need to be marinated to tenderize the meat then you can grill them.

  2. Looks like a piece of brisket with the bone in. Low and slow for that.

    Thank you all. I seared it then put it in the oven to braise with some veggies and spices. Two hours in now.
