Hi! I wanted to share a couple of the low cal options I’ve been loving.

The first is English muffin pizza. English muffins are pretty low calorie and sometimes I swap them for bagel thins which are also low cal. I use just a regular pizza sauce but you could get a low sugar. Then I use a low fat mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, and random spices and herbs from my pantry. It is super filling and delicious. You can put it in the oven or microwave. The whole thing is under 300 calories.

Another option I’m loving are Greek yogurt bagels. It’s basically just a 1-1 ratio of Greek yogurt and flour and there are tons of recipes online. I eat them with a low fat cream cheese. I eat 1.5 since the bagels come out a bit small and it comes in around 200 calories.

Together, these get me 25-30 grams of protein between breakfast and lunch all for under 600 calories.

    yum!! if you’re interested and have access to it, i use the country hearth light english muffins and they are 80 cals! love the idea of making pizzas w em ill have to steal that :p
