Batch cooking in 4 portions:
– Tomato rice
– 7 bean mix
– Stir fry greens

All cubed and frozen, chucked in a bag. Reheats in under 10 minutes. Added a tin of jalapeno tuna for some extra protein.

I'm going to experiment making different carbs, veg, and protein cubes, separating them into different freezer bags and then mix and matching. Sorta like a lunch pick'n'mix
