Very easy to prepare and incredibly delicious moroccan style preserved lemons.

Ingredients:
Non-treated lemons (Bio)
Salt
Cinnamon sticks
Bay leaves
Black peppercorns

Wash and cut the lemons as shown, fill with a spoonful of salt, put in a clean jar, press if needed, add the spices plus 2-3 tablespoons of salt, pour hot water almost to the top and top with vegetable oil. Close and flip upside-down until cooled. Turn again and leave in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. The lemons are ready to use and in the fridge last like forever.
