

Did a 8.5 hour long smoke in the BGE. I am super impressed with how well the BGE keeps the temps and the charcoal lasts forever. Rested it for 30 minutes because I was getting impatient but wow, this is the best tasting chuck I've ever made and it tastes like brisket.
Excited to make even more in the coming weeks!

Nice bar for sure. What temperature did you pull the chuck at? Were you shooting for well done?
