I just saw this video on
r/volumeeating .
Thought I would share it.
She says it’s 140 cal for the entire dish.
Sugar-free Jell-O, boiling water and 0% Greek yogurt.
And I’m guessing whipped cream topping so it’s probably the fat-free one.
I am gonna cook this or make it tomorrow with sugar-free lime Jell-O because that’s my favorite .

How many times do I have to see this post?
I love how she makes a point to say in the video the grams of the packet, like you are doing anything special with it, it’s the size of the standard packet, but then neglects to say how much yogurt to add when you actually have to measure that out lol

**Found her recipe** and there are many others.
Also called **jello whip**
1 envelope any flavor sugar free jello – 10 calories
1 cup boiling water – 0 calories
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt – 130 calories
*Sugar free whipped topping – depending what you use*
*Fruit for extra calories*
Ohh! I didn’t know this is a “thing”, I’ve been making up sugar free jelly packets with Greek yoghurt for ages. Works amazing, I pour mine into little latte glasses to set, so it’s single serving and feels like a “fancy dessert”.
Thanks for posting. Going to try tonight
