My most expensive can yet! Thought I'd splurge on the Patagonia before they raise their prices.
Baby butter lettuce and arugula, avocado, great Northern beans, Patagonia Spanish white anchovies in EVOO and roasted garlic. Used the oil and garlic as the dressing. Delicious salad. How do the little fish manage to make simple foods so delicious? Wish I would've tasted my salad before I salted it, though.
For anyone concerned, I stepped outside before adding the anchovies and had my lunch outside as to not subject my coworkers to the fish smell.

Very tasty anchovies! Considerate of you to eat them outdoors (and envying that it’s warm enough where you are that you can).
