Reindeeer meat. Should i remove the white part(connetting tissue(?)) before cooking?

  1. Yes, it’s not like fish skin that will get nice and crispy.

    It will not affect the flavor but it will make it more tender when eating

    Yes, it’s called silverskin and it’s much easier to remove now than on the dinner plate

  4. Always. Silver skin isn’t any good to eat. Use a nice sharp knife when you’re removing it.

  5. It came off really easily, thanks everyone! Now it’s lunch time but i will cook it for dinner. If i get a good result i’ll post it maybe
