• 20g canned corn
• 40g canned red beans
• 100g broccoli rice
• 156g cauliflower rice
• 134g cherry tomatoes
• 250g frozen ukrainian borscht (basically frozen vegetables like beetroot, carrot, green beans, parsley root)
• spicies to taste

you could definitely add some meat for more protein but i was out of it.
