Bit of an early anniversary treat for my wife and I, trying some ones that we've never had before. The parm is unreal. Ended up getting three of them for free through a couple of amazing deals they had going on, so might be needing to have friends/family over soon to help get through it all 😅

This might be a stupid question, but does it go bad? Non-vegan cheese can theoretically last forever as long as it’s kept at a good, stable temperature. The mold will be edible. Is that the case also for vegan cheese?
I’ve never had vegan cheese like that before, but I really want to try 😋
