Sandwiches – Italian Picnic Sandwich
• 1 large ciabatta or focaccia loaf
• 1/3 cup pesto
• 4 oz prosciutto
• 6 oz sliced salami
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella or provolone
• 2 cups arugula or baby spinach
• Optional: 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
• Olive oil (small bottle or pantry item)

Sandwiches – Spring Chicken Salad Baguette
• 1 large French baguette
• 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (1 whole chicken)
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup light mayo
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
• 2 scallions, finely chopped
• 1 lemon (for juice and zest)
• 1 cup baby arugula (can share with first sandwich)

Cheese Board
• 6 oz Brie or mini baked Brie wheel
• 6 oz aged cheddar
• 4 oz goat cheese log
• 4 oz manchego or gouda
• 1 small bunch grapes
• 1 small jar fig jam or honey
• 1/2–1 cup mixed nuts
• 1 box plain crackers
• 1 box seeded crackers
• 1/2 cup olives or cornichons

Crudités + Healthy Herby Ranch Dip

Veggies:
• 1 bunch rainbow carrots, peeled and halved
• 1 English cucumber, sliced into spears
• 2 bell peppers, sliced
• 1–2 heads endive

Dip Ingredients:
• 1 cup Greek Yogurt
• 2-3 pieces of garlic
• Fresh dill, parsley and chives
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

Drink – Cucumber Mint Limeade (Non-Alcoholic)
• 1 English cucumber, sliced
• 6–8 limes, juiced
• 1/4 cup honey or agave
• 1 bunch fresh mint
• 1 bottle sparkling water or 4 cups cold still water

Hi everybody. Welcome back to another vlog. I just got out of a facial. If my face is like looking a little crazy and like shiny and greasy, that’s why. My face feels like itchy right now. I was just walking and it’s like raining outside and my hair was like sticking to all the products I have on my face and it’s like itchy and I’m trying not to touch it. But anyway, it is a rainy Monday in Boston which honestly is kind of nice. We just had a gorgeous weekend and the pollen has been so bad. So, I’m really not that mad about the rain today. I’m like, at least it’ll wash away all the pollen and hopefully we will be done after that because it’s been really really bad. But I figured this week I would film a little week in my life video because just to switch things up and kind of bring you guys along throughout like the week, see what we get up to. I just did a weekend vlog and I’m like feeling really I’m like just like in a vlogging mood. So, we’re going to do a week in my life. I have all of my work calls on Monday, Monday morning. So, I don’t typically work out on Monday. And then I booked a facial this afternoon. Like I always book my facials right after my last appointment. So, it was such a good surprise that I had it today. I forgot that I even booked it. And I go to Meredith Lane on Newberry Street, like right off Newberry in Back Bay. and she’s amazing. My skin feels really good. I just got like a normal facial today, like nothing done to it or anything, but I did get dermiplaning, which I am so happy about. I just feel like my skin care goes on so much better when I get dermiplaning done and like my makeup lays better. But yeah, I’m going to drive home now. Just wanted to quickly start off the vlog because I started off a little bit this morning and I wanted to like check in with you guys and yeah. So anyway, going to drive home, but I’ll talk to you guys in a little. Hi guys. I my hair is a mess right now. I’ve been watching the Met Gal up like all night and I need to go walk Milo and I’m going to come back and I’m going to watch some more. I don’t know if it’s done yet. or what is going on. But I’m going to go bring him out one last time and then I’m going to shower and get in bed. But I was so lazy tonight. I didn’t want to cook dinner. So, I ordered a burger on Uber Eats and I accidentally clicked like I ordered it from this place and they have like caramelized onions, pickles, like a special sauce on it, lettuce, and I was so excited and I accidentally ordered it and I clicked just cheese. Like, I don’t know what I was thinking. I think I was just so hungry that when I went to do it, it said like no cheese, just cheese, American cheese, no cheese, and I clicked just cheese. Like I thought like, okay, just cheese on it. And then I clicked other toppings and it came and it literally was just like a patty with cheese. And I was like, it was good still. Like it was still good, don’t get me wrong. It reminded me of like just being at a barbecue, you know, but I was excited for all the toppings and the sauce and everything. and I was so disappointed. But anyway, I like need to shower so bad. My skin has like all that stuff on it and my hair has been bothering me. It’s been like getting stuck to it and in my face. But anyway, we’re going to go walk. Where did he go? Oh, there he is. We’re going to go walk. Even though it’s raining, you’re not going to like it out there. I’ll tell you that. You’re not going to like it. He’s going to be like staring at me, wanting me to bring him back inside. Ready, love bug? Want to go for a walk? Come on. Let’s go for a walk. Milo, come on, my Heat. Heat. Good morning. I just got back from my workout a little bit ago, took a shower, and I have to hop on a call soon. I was thinking, should I make a matcha? I might order a green juice instead for like some energy. I’m taking my probiotic right now. I always get questions about the probiotic that I take. I got a ginger shot and they literally gave me half a thing of ginger, which honestly is nice because I can add it to like my lemon water in the morning and stuff and do like ginger lemon. It’s like getting everywhere. But what I like to do with my green juices is I like to drink well in this case obviously it’s like already in the cup, but I like to have my green juices over ice. It just makes them so much better. So, I’m going to drink a little bit of this. Oh my god. So, I can add ice. They used to have the best juice bar at the Whole Foods in Boston. And then they closed it during co but I literally used to go every single day and cuz I lived across the street and it was like so good. I used to get the green dream and I would add extra ginger and even like while you were grocery shopping. It was so nice to like get a juice and then be able to get all your groceries and it was just so delish. I’m like really mad that they closed it. Okay, we’re going to add some of this ginger. I’m like making a mess. Yum. Okay, this is so good. Where you going, Milo? Guys, I just heard a sound come from downstairs. Like, it sounded like Milo was down there and I obviously went to go see where he was going and he’s on the rug upstairs. I don’t know what that was. And I’m kind of scared. Sometimes I hear like I just heard it again. Sometimes I hear weird noises in my house. I’m like hopefully it’s not haunted or something. Guys, do you see this? My face is like really red. I feel like this always happens the day that my cleaners come because I think like even I feel like my tongue feels weird. I think that the cleaning supplies like the chemicals in it do this to my face and it makes my like mouth feel weird. But anyway, I am going out to dinner. It is a rainy little night, so going to go grab dinner with some friends and I am going to wear light light light makeup. I’m literally going to somewhere that is just really casual, but I feel like I don’t need to get that dressed up. I still want to like wear a cute little outfit, but I’m not going to wear a lot of makeup. I just kind of want to do something light. Something light for the light for the night. Okay. Definitely. Wait, I need to wash my hands. I’m like about to touch my face and I was just sitting on my phone and who knows where my phone has been. Say glowy super gel. Always one of my favorite products ever. Makes my skin so glowy. radiant concealer. Like a tiny tiny bit. I like to do like a little drop bronzer. I love this nude sticks. Also, you guys, I just got the most exciting partnership and I feel like it came about so randomly. I don’t know if like the brand saw my YouTube video or like what. And I had a call with my manager yesterday and she didn’t even tell me like, “Oh, hey, I’m working on this partnership for you or anything like that.” So, it it wasn’t like it was something I was expecting. But, I got a partnership with FA, my favorite yogurt company. The yogurt that I always eat every single morning in my bowl. And the ones that I have told you guys like when I was growing up my mom used to buy the single container ones that had like the fruit on the side like the cherry that was my like whole childhood was the cherry fier yogurt. So I got a partnership to do something on Instagram and Tik Tok with them for the little yogurt cups and I sent it to my mom and I was like you’re never going to believe who I got a brand deal with. and I sent it to her and she said, “Oh my god, our fave, the full fat cherry, lol. That is awesome. Congrats.” So cute. I legit grew up eating that stuff and just like going to be such a fun partnership. And honestly, like full circle moment. I can’t wait to tell Emma cuz we used to eat those all the time. The ones with the cherry and the ones with the honey. I mean, I still eat them. I like still buy those. So, it’s just cute that like we grew up eating them and I don’t know, now I get to work with them, which is really cool. Tiny bit of mascara. I got this new blush shade that I really want to try. I’m going to go get it. Okay, this is the new blush. It’s by Say, and it’s in the shade Lady. I’m going to try a little bit of this. Oh, it’s cute. I think that’s all we’re going to do. I’m going to do a lip, but I want to brush my teeth first. outfit of the night. White long sleeve light wash jeans and I’m going to do this rain coat. I wish I had short hunter boots because I have like kneeh high ones but I don’t want to wear them with these pants obviously. So, I don’t know what to do for shoes. I’m like kind of struggling in the shoe department right now cuz it is wet out and I really don’t want to wear I like don’t have a lot of sneakers like casual sneakers. I feel like definitely this shoes not sure yet. Saturday through Sunday going down. Hey you guys, I just got out of the spa and I couldn’t have booked a per more perfect spa day. So earlier in the week, I was feeling so sore and I just knew I was going to have a really busy week this past week with like just stuff I didn’t film. I had some stuff going on behind the scenes that I was like dealing with and doing. So anyway, I knew I was going to have a really busy week. Two, I was working out every single day, so I knew I was going to be sore, especially doing two solid core classes, which I did this week. And I was like, I am going to book myself on Friday since I don’t have anything. I’m going to book myself a spa day. I’m going to take the day off. I’m going to sleep in, which this morning I ended up waking up at like 8:00. So, I slept in a little bit and I got a coffee. I drove to the Mandarin Hotel on Boilston and I booked a spa day. It is the best spa in Boston, hands down. So relaxing. So, I did the Himalayan salt stone massage and I feel so good. Like, and it’s a rainy day right now, and it’s like the perfect weather to just get cozy and crawl in bed and like watch a movie. I can’t wait to watch YouTube. I’ve been like saving all my YouTube videos for this weekend. So, I’m like so excited to relax. I just got to Whole Foods. My camera’s going to die, so I’m going to switch over to my phone. But, I am going to run in. I was driving by, so I was like, I might as well stop cuz I don’t really have that much stuff left in the fridge. I’m going to do a like I got to go back out and go to the store probably tomorrow because I’m hosting Mother’s Day on Sunday. So, I am just going to get a little bit I’m going to get something to eat right now, something for dinner, something for the morning, and call it a day so we can be in and out since it is raining. But yeah, this is your sign to treat yourself and book yourself a massage because I feel like taking the time for self-care and to do something nice for yourself is just like the most it’s the best feeling. And I haven’t done that in a while. The last time I got a massage was like November. I remember I booked one for my birthday, like right before my birthday. So, it’s been like 6 months and I was like, I’m due for like a meday and I feel amazing. So anyway, got to run in here quick. Get out before this rain. Hi guys, another rainy day. I didn’t end up going into Whole Foods yesterday, like the last time I vlogged, because it started downpouring and I was like, I can’t deal with this right now. Like, I just need to go home. And plus, I smelt like the oil from my massage and it was like making me feel nauseous. So, I went home, had a relaxing night, and that’s about it. But I just went to Whole Foods right now, got all the shopping done that I needed to get done for tomorrow. So, I’m going to start, I think, prepping for Mother’s Day today. I need to see like what I’m going to prep. I know I’m going to make the chicken salad for my chicken salad sandwich that I’m making. I’m doing two sandwiches, like big sandwiches, cutting them up into smaller pieces. And then I’m doing like crud day with like a homemade herby ranch for dipping. And then I’m going to do a cheese board. And I’m going to do a salad, too. I’m pretty sure just like a simple salad, maybe. Yeah. I’m going to pick up my little fluffy niece right now. She’s coming over for the night to sleep over because Emma’s in New York for the weekend for the Celtics game. There’s a game today at 3:30 and there’s also a game Monday, but she’s coming home tomorrow for Mother’s Day. So, I’m taking Cleo for the night and Emma’s going to come back tomorrow and then we are going to have a sleepover tomorrow night. So, I’m going to go pick her up if I can ever turn. But yeah, it’s honestly really nice that it’s been raining cuz it’s been like I had a little relaxing morning and I slept in a little bit and just like chilled and stuff. So yeah, while I’m pulling up to Emma’s right now. I’m going to run in and get her and then we have one more stop on to make on the way home cuz I want kind of wanted to get my like deli meat and stuff cuz I’m going to do a like one sandwich is going to have turkey and pushcuto on it and I am going to stop at American Provisions and get it cuz I actually really prefer their meats more. So, we’re going to go do that and then we’re going to go home. Okay, we just got home. I’m literally sweating so bad. Like so bad. You guys are a lot of work already. Yeah. I had to bring in I had six grocery bags. I had dry cleaning. I had Cleo, Cleo’s bed, Cleo’s food. We were up and down the stairs, right? Two flights of stairs. And it was a lot. And I’m sweating and like I’m the hat on my face on my head was like freaking me out because I’m like I don’t want to break out. I need to walk these dogs after I put all this stuff away and then I’m going to do a sauna, right? I’m going to sauna and I’m going to take a shower. We’re going to prep some food with the bottle. It’s going to be so good. When I picked Cleo up, we were in the elevator and one of Emma’s neighbors was like, “Oh, where are you guys going? like are you bringing her somewhere or like whatever. And I was like, “Oh, I’m just taking her for the night.” And this is what she was doing in the elevator, like arms around my neck, hugging me like the whole ride down. And the lady was like, “She loves you so much.” I’m like, “I know.” And she knows that I’m bringing her over to be with Milo. And the sun’s finally coming out right now, which I’m excited about. We’re going to go walk, right? Get some energy out from YouTube. But anyway, I want to show you guys kind of an overview of what I got at the store. It is a lot. I think I’m going to prep some stuff tonight. I’m definitely making the chicken salad, which we are going to do in this video. I don’t know, depending on how much footage I have from this vlog. I might do I might vlog tomorrow and do a separate video or I might just keep it in this vlog. I have to take a look and see like what is going on with this footage because when it comes to like vlogging for a whole entire week straight, I don’t really know if that’s my thing. I feel like I like it better when it’s like a day or two, like a couple days because I don’t know, especially cuz this week I feel like was kind of boring with like the amount of calls and stuff I had and my workouts. I feel like it was just like repetitive so I like didn’t vlog half of it. But anyway, this is an overview of everything that I got. I am going to put in the description like all of the things I’m making with like my grocery list. So, I have the note in my phone. So, I’ll just put it down there for you guys so you can see what we have. All of our cheeses, our crackers, veggies for the crude day. I think I might make the ranch tonight so it can sit in the fridge. And then I’m going to do the chicken salad tonight. Look at how good these looked with taheen. Those looked amazing. Mangoes are so good right now. And then I obviously got stuff for the sandwiches. I stopped at American Provisions and got proolone, pushido, and turkey. I don’t know where my turkey is, but it’s somewhere. I also got this cookie dough, oatmeal cookie dough, which I didn’t even know that they had. It’s new. So, I’m going to make these cookies. I’m going to do a banana bread because I’ve been waiting for my bananas to ripen and they look perfect right now. So, I’m going to do a banana bread later. And I have more veggies, fresh herbs. It’s fig jam. Finally, they had coconut cult, so I got some coconut cult, Greek yogurt, just like little things for the sandwiches, cheese board, stuff like that. So, we have a lot to do and a lot to prep. Now that I’m looking, I like don’t know where my turkey is that I got. So, I’m going to have to figure that out. Okay, I’m going to put this stuff away. We’re going to go for a little walk and we will be back. I’m making my banana bread right now and I have a little hack. So, I have my baking dish right here, which I always get so many questions about. It’s from Anthropology. It’s really old. I got it years years ago, but Anthropology has really cute cups and bowls and plates and stuff like that. So, definitely check cuz they might have something similar. But I’m just taking this wax paper that was around my butter that I had sitting out all day to bring it to room temperature so I can have butter for the banana bread. And I’m just going to use the remainder of the butter from this paper to butter my dish so none of it is going to go to waste. And then time to take banana bread mix. Okay, putting the cookies in the oven. I have 25 minutes left on my timer for the bread, the banana bread. So, I’m like, I’m going to put the cookies in because they say on the package 18 to 25 minutes. I always do it for the full time with these cookies. I’m going to make a quick little sundried tomato hummus to go with my veggies. Tomorrow, I’m doing like I’m going to do two dips to go with it. So, I’m going to do the hummus and then I’m going to do the herby ranch. So, I’m using my food processor. My food processor. Everything’s falling. Everything’s falling everywhere. Into the food processor, we’re going to put a whole entire can of drained chickpeas. I just rinsed them and drained them. And then I also have a/2 cup of sundried tomatoes. I got them from the store in oil, so they were soaked and I have a little bit of that oil left with all of the yummy flavors. I’m going to start with this before I add everything else. I’m just Oh, I need my cover. Duh. I’m just going to pulse it. Guys, we almost had chickpeas flying all over my house. I’m going to add a little bit of olive oil. While this is going, I’m just going to add a couple tablespoons. Now, I’m gonna judge it up now that we have the base. So, I’m going to do like two cloves of garlic. I really like garlic, so I’m going to add two of them. And then I’m going to do the juice of half of a lemon. And of course, pinch of salt. And I’m going to add the tiniest bit of paprika. Oh, it’s kind of a lot. And I’m going to add a little bit of cumin. Also, of course, I like took out the things at the top. I don’t want to put too much. Okay, cool. And then in order to make it just a little bit more creamy, I’m going to add water because I feel like I already added a good amount of oil. And if not, I can just add a tiny bit more. But for now, we’re going to do some water. It’s at the perfect consistency. I’m going to test it for flavor. Oo wow, that’s really good. I’m going to add some more salt and I’m going to add some fresh cracked pepper. Guys, it came out so good. I ended up having to add a little bit more of the lemon juice and I also added red chili flakes. I love every like anything that has a kick. So, I feel like adding a little bit of those was like the perfect addition and came out so good. So, I’m going to package it up in just like a little container so it’ll be all fresh for tomorrow. Also, making your own hummus is so easy. I need to start doing this more because I feel like every single time I’m at the store and I go to buy it, there’s always so many different additives in it. Like a lot of the time there’s a lot of seed oils just with different brands. And then I feel like there’s always citric acid in the hummus at the grocery store. So it’s super easy to make at home. And also I feel like it’s a lot cheaper. That literally took like 5 minutes. So and look how much it gives you. The color is perfect. I I love anything sundried tomato. Okay. I’m really excited about this. This is going to be so good with the veggies. Okay, I just cleaned up the kitchen. I have the dishwashers going and oh, the cookies came out really good. that I’m thinking of making, which I need to look up a recipe for this and probably order some stuff and have it shipped or have it like dropped off at the house in the morning so I can make like a cream filling cuz I want to do like an oatmeal cream cookie type situation with these or I might just keep them plain. I’m not really sure yet. But I’m making a tea. I also finished up making the ranch which came out so good. It is so perfect. Like look at this color. Such good flavor. Like I said, I’ll put all the ingredient ingredients, recipes, everything down below for you guys. So you can reference, but I’m like obviously delusional. I feel like I’ve been working on all this stuff all night. And then tomorrow morning, I’m going to wake up early. I’m going to get started on the sandwiches. We just have like a ton of chopping and obviously putting sandwiches together. I kind of want to make a salad now, which I didn’t think I was going to want to, but I feel like we have the cheese board, we have the veggies and the dips, and then we have the sandwiches, but I kind of want to do like a side salad, something simple maybe. So, yeah, I don’t know, just to go with the sandwiches. But anyway, making a tea right now and I’m finally going to sit down and I’m going to watch some YouTube and have my ginger tea. So, time to wind down. It’s like 10:00 right now. I feel like I’ve been in the kitchen for hours just like working on everything. I also ordered dinner tonight. I got a pizza and I was so disappointed. I got a margarita pizza and it was so bad. Like I literally had one piece and I was like, it wasn’t good at all. Which I was sad about. excited for tomorrow. I want to try to get up early to walk, bring the dogs on a long walk because they have they have been crazy tonight to say the least. Having two is hard, especially like a big dog. I feel like I’m so used to Milo. He’s like roaming around. Teeny tiny little Milo. And with two, they’re just like it’s a lot. Anyway, I’m going to have my tea, watch YouTube, go to bed. But we will pick this up in the morning and I am going to show you guys like the rest of the prep and getting everything ready and all of that. Hi. Going to go relax. Are you relaxing too? My big fluffy girl. Hi Bobo. Okay, everybody’s starting to get here. My brother and his girlfriend are upstairs on the roof, but I want to show you guys everything that I made before we start eating. So, I made the churder board, which looks so good. And then I did a spring salad. We have spring mix. Red onion that’s like thinly shaved. And then I did strawberries, feta, and I made a homemade balsamic vinegrett for it. And then this is my favorite part of all of it. So colorful and beautiful. The crude. I’m excited to eat this. And then we have the sandwiches which came out amazing. The chicken salad looks so good. So I took this huge French loaf and I scooped out the top to make sure it all fit in there. I don’t want to ruin it, but it is all packed in. And I did arugula. And this one right here is like that Italian sandwich. So, proolone, pushcido, some salami, and then I did arugula, pesto, balsamic vinegar. But everything looks so good. And then I have a cucumber, lime, mint, like limeade type juice. And yeah. Okay. So, that is everything that I made. My mom just got here, so I’m going to go downstairs and get her. But I’m very proud. This took so long, and I’m excited to eat.
