Meat, Malort, Surstromming Cocktail


Link to me consuming this filth is in the comments. This cocktail is layered; at the bottom is pure capsaicin, then Surstromming, fermented chili, canned snail juice, Malort, and cheap vodka. It’s topped with a durian-Limburger cheese mousse and garnished with a wedge of Century Egg, anchovy olives, and a dried scorpion. I call it: the 7 levels of Hell.
