    Love the temp, I’ll go against the grain here and say the sear is a little much for my taste, but no doubt skillfully cooked.

    Looks nice inside besides being burnt to all hell lmao. I like more medium than rare. Makes me feel better about the first time I tried to guga a steak on charcoal.

    The inside is a good looking color, I have never had such a dark crust/char so I’m not sure if I’d have to cut that part off or not. But the black crust wouldn’t deter me, I can tell ya that. 😆
