Forgot the package, but this is a common tin. Good price i think i picked this up for 3 dollars. Post work out dinner for me.
Delicious. Absolutely delicious. Firm yet not hard, skin bone and tail all intact.
Slight fishy smell still for those who care or family does. tastes mostly like the spices in the tin, very mild fish flavor itself. I could go without the olives and add more of the spice in the pile.
This would be excellent as an actual protein in a dish, or even over rice. I give it a solid 8/10 which is high praise for me. My favorite barbecue place Id only give a 7.
I’d consider this a future “daily driver” but i don’t eat a tin a day by any means.
