Better than Taco Bell tacos. 90/10 beef, homemade taco seasoning (chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, black pepper, tsp of tomato paste concentrate, 1/3cup water, corn startch.) shredded lettuce, shredded sharp cheddar and diced vine tomatoes.
I enjoy this meal so much. I serve 1 taco with a side salad Greek style and cut fruit. (Strawberries usually with whole blueberries) it’s not the healthiest but it’s not “bad” and it’s sooo satisfying. Tortilla is a Kroger fajita flour tortilla.
